On 24th April 2019 MEEMP project was presented at the international trade fair and conference RENEXPO® Energy, Waste & Water, Western Balkans in Belexpocenter in Belgrade. The presentation was incorporated within the 2nd Energy Managers Serbia Conference which took place on the first out of two RENEXPO conference days.
On this occasion Ms Sladjana Jevremovic, project’s local manager for component 1 – European Energy Award and component 3 – Capacity Building, spoke about the project, its goals, components, participants and achieved progress. She specifically focused on the concept and the methodology of the European Energy Award in order to promote it among the present municipal energy managers and other audience.
Ms Jevremovic also used the opportunity to announce the upcoming EEA Signatory Event, scheduled for 16th May 2019, when the city of Krusevac and Uzice and municipalities of Paracin and Vrbas will officially sign the participatory agreement and join the EEA Association.
